The MemberTrack Union Administration System automates many of the functions that you may now do manually, including monthly union dues processing, employer work assessment processing, per-capita reporting, job dispatching and apprentice tracking.  The Union Administration System provides for the same ease-of-use and flexibility as our Fund System.  The system is completely customized according to the unique rules and requirements of your organization, and the CSI staff will work closely with your union office personnel in the development of the components that you need.

Some of the available components of the MemberTrack Union Administration System are:

Monthly Dues Processing: process member monthly dues, fines and fees in one convenient location, generate dues receipts, track member dues delinquencies

Employer Work Assessment Processing: process employer work assessment payments, track employer delinquencies

Per Capita Reporting: calculate per-capita amounts based on your organization's rules, create automated cash sheet and/or electronic filing for International

Job Dispatching: automate referral process, generate out-of-work lists by layoff date, classification, skill code

Apprentice Tracking: track apprentice applications and education process, automate apprentice hourly rate step-up procedures

Grievance Administration: track employer, local or member grievance from filing to resolution, generate reports of outstanding grievances, grievances by business agent, grievances by issue code
