Is
MemberTrack customizable?
Yes! Every component of MemberTrack
is customized according to your organization's unique requirements. You
will never be forced to use a "one-size-fits-all" system that doesn't work
for your office.
Are the MemberTrack standard features also
customizable?
Certainly! All of the components in the MemberTrack system -
standard, fund and union - are completely customized based on your
requirements.
Do I have to purchase all of the components listed on your Fund and Union
Administration System pages?
No, you select only those components that are relevant to your
organization. As your needs change or as benefits are added by your
Trustees, customized components may be added to the MemberTrack
system for an additional cost. All systems come with the standard features
listed.
Are maintenance
contracts required?
No, although they are strongly recommended because
they are the most economical way to get the best support for your dollar.

How much does
MemberTrack cost?
CSI will provide you with a formal proposal after
an in-depth study of your system requirements. The proposal will outline
all one-time and recurring costs for the customized MemberTrack
system, other software that you may require, and hardware upgrade costs if
desired. Since MemberTrack is fully customized, it is not possible
to provide costs for the system here. However, you'll find that the
MemberTrack system is surprisingly affordable, and the costs will be
justified through your increased productivity and superior service to your
members!
